Painting Palette

So, according to some stuffs you told me at my last post I've started new one. This big palette in the right corner is from "Basic skin tones palette" (I also attach it here, so maybe it could help for someone), the second is just mix of high and low saturated colors from this second attached pic. Well, on this step I would appreciate critic, tips, advices and whatever else you want to write below this post.
